Re: Croatian Reporter Domagoj Margetic political prisoner of the UN/ICTY
Dear Federation of Journalists,
I write to you to draw your attention to the grave injustice that has become of Croatian Reporter Mr. Domagoj Margetic being a political prisoner of the United Nations International Criminal Court for the Former Yugoslavia.
It disgusts myself to learn that whilst murderers, criminals and thugs the calibre of Mr. Radovan Karadzic, Mr. Ratko Mladic, Mr. Slobodan Milosevic, Mr. Milan Babic, and so called “Amicus Curie Mr. Savo Strbac” have yet to be brought to justice, have eluded it by there deaths or proprietors of the Greater Serbian ideal which have reinvented themselves as friends of the court, The ICTY pursues prosecution cases against Croatian journalists that are critical of its failures, injustices and abnormal behaviour under the guise of “contempt of court”.
Croatian journalist Mr. Domagoj Margetic has committed no crimes against humanity, no breaches of the Geneva Convention or breaches of laws and customs of war, he has pursued his job as a Croatian journalist to expose the political criminality, corruption and bias of the ICTY court to inform the general public of current affairs related to Croatian matters of interest at the ICTY.

Eagerly awaiting your response to this grave humanitarian issue.
Kind Regards,
Mr. Michael Dugandzic |
